What are the types of bookings you offer?  

The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all bookings with us whether you make them online or by telephone or in person.

Booking online is quick, easy and completely secure. You will always be offered our best available rates of the day and we won't be beaten on any other comparative or partner website. To support our promise, please see our best available rate guarantee.

Promotional offers, packages and spa breaks: When you book a promotional package, including seasonal promotions, you will be asked for full pre-payment unless stated otherwise. When you book a spa or golf package, you will be asked for a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking. The balance is payable at the hotel on arrival or in the event of cancellation or non-arrival. All promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any such time.

Rates including dinner: Enjoy dinner from our à la carte menu and we’ll give you £5 per person extra towards your bill - you pay £27 and receive £32 credit to spend. 

We do not add service charge to your bill. Gratuities are discretionary and welcomed for good quality food and service.

Drinks: Only alcoholic drinks purchased from the hotel may be consumed in the hotel. We reserve the right to charge the appropriate corkage charge where guests bring in their own alcohol.  

First Aid: We aim to ensure that a First Aider is always available. If you require any medical attention, please contact Reception on 0. For serious medical emergencies call 9 '999.  

Pre-authorisation
For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorise a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorisation will be released on the day of departure. If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorise, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorisation has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.

Please note, bookings made over the phone, charge a small booking fee of £3 for some reservation types. 

Do you allow children at the hotels?

Up to two children aged between 0 - 17 years stay for FREE when sharing a room with a paying adult. Breakfast is FREE for children aged 5 years and younger when dining with a paying adult. For children aged 6 - 12 years breakfast is £5 per child and for children aged 13 - 16 years, breakfast is £7.50 per child. For lunch and dinner, children 5 years and younger can enjoy two courses for FREE when dining with an adult in our restaurants or bars. Children 6 years and over, dining from our children's menu, can enjoy two courses for £10 or three courses for £13. Children eating off our restaurant and bar menu's will be charged the full listed price.

Do you allow dogs in the hotels?
Yes, dogs are accepted at all our hotels. Please view our dog policy here.
