Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club.

Find out more below about the classes that are available.

Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. For hotel residential guests a £5 charge applies and you can only book on the day subject to availability. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

10am: Body Blast

A fun and challenging class which uses your body weight, resistance and cardio to shape and tone your whole body while burning calories.

11am: Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates but it also involves more functional movement for every day life.

6.15pm: Pump Express

A resistance workout that uses a barbell with light weights and high reps.

7pm: Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga is an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout. ... It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Hatha Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Wednesday:

9.45am: Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

10.45am: Aqua (CURRENTLY SUSPENDED)

Water based aerobic workout which is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Thursday:

9.45am: Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

6.30pm: Mash Up

A high intensity cardio-strength training class using short burts of bodyweight exercises to leave you feeling pumped.

Friday:

10am: Cardio Kick

Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio.

10.50am: Stretch & Massage

Setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles.
